Firstly, making an appointment online was simple and quick. The salon itself is stylish but with a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. The staff are all knowledgeable, Jenny, the stylist who did my hair was very helpful with suggestions of what to do with my thick long hair. The end result was lovely and I got lots of compliments when I went out later that evening. Highly recommend!!
