Jenny is fabulous as always taking time to explain how colour would develop on one's hair. It took a few tries to get the right toner application but Jenny knows exactly how hair chemistry works. Trust her process :)

I was very pleased with the service provided. The salon was very welcoming and I felt that Jenny listened to what I wanted and advised me on what would work best for me. She also provided styling tips for me to carry out at home which were easy to follow. I feel that the price was very reasonable and I have already booked in for my next appointment with Jenny.
