Not sure why, but I was given a different person than my regular booked team member, even though he was available. My booked appointment was then amended whilst in store in the chair as I received an email update following my visit. Whilst I was happyish with the cut and the guy was polite, I felt that I should have been asked if my appointment employee could be changed rather than just moved without any comment whilst already in store given his experience.

Gaggle of staff at reception staring at you when you check in and later pay make the entrance and farewell awkward. Not as professional as I expected. Visited Everyman years ago and it was a better experience then. Will stick to my local rather than heading into the city for this. Cut was fine but the employee didn’t match the environment.

I have been coming here for the past year, but this will probably be my last visit, because of disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour of the person that did my haircut today. She was very rude and confrontational and this led to me experiencing a terrible customer setvice.

I came in at 1.44am and left at 2.09am I asked for a skin fade and a trim on top. I got the sides shaved off and the top clippered to a no6 I don't understand what I paid 30 pounds for. The service was really rude. I'm really shocked as the first time was the best barbers experience I had at the Everyman.

Well I only go to everyman and this is the first experience that went horribly. Firstly I had a skin fade, the barber did the initial cut and it was lopsided. I pointed it out, and he said wait. Ok. Then with the lopsided cut he did the "skin" part. Then reached for his clippers to begin the "fade" part. I explained to have the skin section level, is relatively important. He said "I don't understand what your issue is with just a little problem". He then just continued the cut, and actually cut my ear. I was bleeding. He didn't even say sorry. Just touched it up with some disinfectant and carried on. To top it off he then charged me £2 more than what I usually pay, but at this point I just wanted to leave. Honestly if this were my first time visiting, I would never return. Absolutely shocking.

After student discount you charged me £44 for a wet shave and haircut. That’s more than it costs in London. The banter didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Cut me multiple times when shaving and the quality of service didn’t give me any confidence
