The standard of service received is always excellent but I would not wish to see any price increases in the future (if this was being considered) even bearing in mind how small businesses have suffered during the pandemic. It is always a pleasure to visit the salon and I hope their business continues to grow.

Vicky cut my hair perfectly as always despite having to work around a delay from a power cut in the street as the salon was due to open! Her attention to detail is second to none and is a credit to Raw. She is always so welcoming and helpful when it comes to advising which style and colour works best for my hair. The salon is very safe and all precautions have been implemented to make it as relaxing as it can be during a pandemic.

I’ve always used Raw Dartford but because I moved from the area I thought I’d use a hairdresser nr me in rainham, Big mistake, ever! Lol, The cut the colour, so phoned this morning and luckily I got an appointment because someone cancelled Well what can I say, Jess was fantastic, listen to my concerns and made my hair feel like hair and not like straw at the other Just wanted to say Kim. I will never go anywhere else again. U have my promise, I’d rather pay extra fuel and drive down and get my hair cut by professionals Again well done raw. U saved my bacon xxxxxx
