I have nothing but praise for everything about SalonSixteen. From the relaxed, friendly but still totally professional staff to the ambience, environment, top quality cutting, styling and service. The senior leadership set the tone and expectations by example and there is a clear willingness to follow so that the clients of all ages and backgrounds are treated with skill, respect, kindness and patience.
