I am SO happy with my hair! I came in with a photo of what I wanted and the lovely Claire not only gave me what I wanted she made it even better! It was a big step for me (long to pixie short!) and I am thrilled!Beautiful location,wonderful, engaging, warm staff, I couldn't recommend enough! (I REALLY love my new do!!!! Thank you!

I have been using the local hairdressers in Braintree for 14 years and have never been happy with the cut or service I had, I have never returned to a hairdressers twice. I went to this salon today for the first time and to say I am happy with the cut and service I had today would be an understatement. The atmosphere in the salon was amazing… the service I had was amazing. Not only that, but Claire offered me advice on how I could look after my hair that I have never had in a salon before. I will definitely be recommending this salon to everyone I know. What great service and even better staff. 10 out of 10 from me.

I had recently moved to Braintree in May last year and was so happy to finally find a amazing hairdresser to do mine and my daughters hair. I have now been back to have another cut and I have to say I would be lost without them. They are all amazing with my 2 young daughters (1 & 5) and then always make me feel lovely and relaxed and provide an amazing cut on myself.
