I wish coffee and tea were gratis. It’s not right for a high end salon to charge for basic beverges

Dear Client, thank you for taking the time and give us your feedback and I really appreciate you taking the time. Unfortunately, as is common with most large central London salons we have to engage an independent company to look after the requirements of client food and refreshment while they are with us. We could simply not run the salon efficiently and offer the offer the consistent levels of customer service and expertise we always strive for if we did not do so but this, unfortunately, does come at a cost, a cost we would rather not add onto the charges of our hair and beauty services. There is a four-strong team in full-time employment just to meet our client's food and drinks requests and leave our team to concentrate on the job of delivering great hair. I have done a note on your client file to remind to treat to a cup of coffee next time you are with us. Kind regards, Gavin.

I no longer live in London but was down for an awards ceremony and as usual was last minute about arranging a blow dry but Richard Ward were so helpful and it was lovely to be back in the salon and just felt like I was pampered and looked after (only cam for a blow dry). Thank you for making me feel lovely and presentable. The blow dry has last well through to today from Wednesday! I had Sam looking after me and he was superb. A marvelous experience overall.
