It’s always a pleasure to visit Your salon everyone is so nice and welcoming. I have been a client now for well over 10/12 years and have recommended you to many of my friends and will continue to do so. I travel a lot and when ever l am back in London my first stop is always Richards Ward and now you have added the App it makes it even easier for me to book an appointment.

I travel 3hrs by train to use the salon. I am usually very pleased with my hair but the overall experience is lacking. A clean glass of cold water would be nice rather than a dirty glass and tepid!, A free coffee would be much appreciated. More seating in the waiting area. The gowns are very hot, wish there was a cotton alternative so you could choose. Payment is a bit slap dash, I was charged the rate for a more senior colourist although they booked me with him because my usual colourist was off sick at the last minute.

Dear Claire, Thank you for your feedback, good or bad it is always appreciated, at least we can try to improve on your experience next time or and apologise when we do occasionally get things wrong. In regards to the refreshments situation, I can only apologise on behalf of the Nick, the Bar Manager. As we run such a large salon we have to outsource the catering and refreshments side of the business to an outside company, this is why there is a charge for all the refreshments and food served, this hopefully leaves us time for us to concentrate on what we do best, delivering great hair as is common in most Central London salons. A dirty glass, however, is really not acceptable so I will pass on your comments. In regards to the seating in the waiting area, I am sorry the 12 seats provided really do maximise the space we have while still allowing the constant flow of clients that have to pass through it, I wish we could offer more but the space just won't allow. I am sorry you find the gowns we use so hot, unfortunately, cotton alternatives don't work from past experience as the hair once cut simply sticks to it making the cutting experience a not very enjoyable one and the laundering of then not feasible as the hair sticks to cotton even after washing. Finally please accept my apology in regards to the oversite in your payment this should not have occurred but human error although not desirable can occasionally happen. I am very pleased however that in the least after your three-hour train journey we were able to accommodate you get your colour done on the day. I hope I have at least gone some way to explain the situation from our perspective and I would just like to thank you once again for letting me know of your experience at the salon and we look forward to welcoming you back again very soon.
