Terrible, booking a deluxe pedicure, you would expect more than a random massage chair with a portable pedicure bucket. The girl who gave the pedicure was very nice but after years of pedicures in NYC and London, the cost does not justify the product as my nails were only partially painted and although I stayed for almost a half hour waiting for them to dry, they still smudged. I can deal with the smudging but the painting was poor. I returned to show management thinking they cared enough to compensate me for the poor job done but they were unconcerned, confrontational and obviously not interested in the quality of their service.

Lovely salon, ambiance and staff - but really disappointed with my hair. I was really impressed with the time taken by a member of staff to understand what I was after, so am confused as to why I have left the salon with almost black hair when I had clearly asked to go just one shade darker (I went in with a mid brown hair). I am also unhappy with my fringe. I asked for a fringe trim and showed a picture of how I like to wear it. When cut the stylist parted my hair like curtains and asked if I was happy (why would I ask for a fringe if I’m going to wear it like that?). I tried to show the stylist how I wear it again, and then the stylist proceeded to just push it all to one side. By this point I just wanted to leave. Needless to say, it my fringe now won’t behave in the way I like.

Today was my second time visiting the salon, after one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had with Simone. It’s a shame that today went to badly. The salon itself is great, clean, welcoming, chic and the staff are so lovely and friendly. However my haircut went seriously wrong. I asked for an inch, max 2 inches (a trim) an a bit more body, and I ended up devastatingly losing half my hair. My hair was to my ribs and Is not barely below my shoulder, more like 6 inches off, and all the volume and body is gone. It’s thin and straggly now. I can’t believe what happened especially after I said it had to stay long and I wanted a trim. I was even shown 2 inches and asked ift was enough, and I said yes! I’m in such shock, I got home and cried and will never visit this salon again. My hair has been hacked to death and 6inches removed. I’ll have to wear it in a bun until it grows. Truly disappointing from such A lovely salon. I then had to pay £40 for the sadness and distress of losing my hair, and being unable to wear it down/feel confident for months. 2 inches means 2 inches, not 6!!!

Had a cut and blow dry with Simone and he was so friendly, bubbly and professional. My first time here and he gave me some great advice on my silver coloured hair. Very knowledgeable and chatty. Great service overall
