I went for roots colouring, I was told when I booked the appointment they it’s will be £26. I was surprised when I went to pay that I was charged £50. When asked about the reason I was told by the girl on the till that the £26 is for the roots line really and that mines was done all over! I didn’t really understand the exactly what that meant and the girl didn’t care to explain further. I paid £50 but I was not happy as I was told when I booked it would be £26. I came home and I checked the online price list and nowhere there was £50! I don’t think I will go back to this Salon. It feels very impersonal there and they don’t come across as genuine and friendly.
