Arrived promptly for my appointment but after being ignored for 40 minutes I left. other customers came and went while I waited and nobody acknowledged my existence. Very disappointed to not have the appointment fulfilled.

Arrived on time for my appointment. Barely greeted on arrival and had to wait to 35 minutes to get seated. I fully appreciate that delays happen but I was sat there without any acknowledgment or apologies. Then through the haircut, I awkwardly sat there as there was no chat or engagement. £28 a pop for a standard haircut and next to social interaction, that’s quite disappointing.

Very disappointed and won’t be returning. Firstly, I asked for a skin fade yet they did not go to the skin and went to a 0.5 despite asking me halfway through if it was to the skin I wanted. Also, the fade line is wonky and all over the place and not straight. Could not get him to fix as I could not tell until I looked in the mirror when I got home. It’s a shame because the barber was very nice and chatty, but was expecting a lot better for the price paid.
