Bev & Lydia saved my little girl today. She’s autistic and not fond on having her hair brushed. After days of battling with sever matting - I put in a call to Bev and she agreed to try and help save her hair. Lydia was kind compassionate and dealt with her so well and the best of it all is that - her hair was saved! There was no rush just patience and care, I’m eternally grateful fitting us in on a busy Saturday, great advice given and products purchased to try preventing it happening again. Even the music was lowered to make her more comfortable Every single member of staff paid her attention and spoke to her, making her feel so special . She doesn’t like noise and has never stepped foot in a salon but I can see her going back for the head massage she hasn’t stopped going on about since we left!! Thank you is all I can say 🥰🥰🥰🥰
