Jack always makes my hair look incredible. He came in on his days off during a recent heatwave when he didn’t have to - he wanted to because he is dedicated to his clients. It would have been perfectly acceptable for him to have simply cancelled the appointments without rearranging them so soon to accommodate everyone. Really appreciate you being able to rearrange the appointment so quick thank you again! Think it’s great that there’s a new way to book appointments so I can easily see the a available slots without having to message Jack and then wait until he is free for a response. Always get to the salon and instantly relax as I get through the door ready to be pampered! And then I always leave feeling great knowing my hair looks great every single time thanks to Jack.
