We are a warm and welcoming salon just minutes from the centre of Harrogate and pride ourselves on delivering great hairdressing, and great customer service, every time you visit.


Owned by North Eastern hairdresser of the year 2016 & former F.A.M.E and Sebastian Cult Team member Joseph Ferraro, Joseph Ferraro hair has also been finalist 5 years running in the British Hairdressing awrads, the team at Joseph Ferraro Hair is both talented and very welcoming.

Great service. A misunderstanding at booking was quickly rectified by the management.

Hello thank you very much for your review, I do wish you had spoken to the manager or myself about this situation. I would really like to see the confirmation on your end as I do think some kind of error has happend as no one in the salon charges £33 for a 16 year old cut and blowdry , where a blowdry is charged at £33. Im thinking a mistake has happened and it was booked under a blowdry in the cutting and styling section online. If your confirmation does say blowdry then I would like to know so I can look into this and rectify the situation. We tried calling you back today to sort this out and give back the difference as we can see it was a error. Natasha isn't available online for kids haircuts so this is why we are thinking it was a blowdry that was booked. We do always try and resolve the situation as fast as possible.We are sorry if there has been a confusion or a error on our part. Sometimes errors can happen with technology and that's why it's always best to talk face to face to get things resolved ASAP. We will try again tomorrow to talk so we can get to the bottom of what happened..in the mean time if you have a copy of the confirmation to send to our email so i can send over to our software system and talk it through with them on how this happend.
