I visited Flossy hair salon for the first time. All the staff were lovely. I had my appointment with Holly and she did an amazing job cutting my hair. She gave me suggestions on what style would suite me after listening to my request and talked me through the whole process. Overall, I had a great experience and I will definitely be visiting this salon again and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

When I visited flossy I had never been to a hair salon that wasn’t ran by a family member or someone I knew despite this, my experience was lovely. All of the ladies working in the shop were very chatty and approachable. The girl who did my hair was lovely, very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the duration of my visit.. she showed me her opinion and explained what she thinks would look best once she asked for what I wanted and she also explained to me throughout my treatment what she was doing and what she was using. Overall, it was a lovely experience and the environment was very calm. I will be booking in again :)
