A bit disappointed in my colour and cut today. Did not quite turn out as I hoped. My stylist did not seem to be very experienced and this showed in the result. Disappointing as I had been told that she was an experienced stylist when I booked.

Ultimately I should have expressed more concern when booking. I don’t go the hair dresses that often but when I do, I like it to feel like a nice pampered session. When booking the gentlemen had me on hold while he discussed another person hair needs. I should have said here that I have long hair and do not wish to be rushed. But yeah, I can learn from that. However my overall experience was sad. Hair dresser was not chatty and ended with two people (both in a awkward silence) doing my hair due to time. Which was not communicated with me. I just looked up to see another person. It felt rushed and then pushed out at the end. The hairdresser didn’t even do that ‘hold the mirror up at the back’ part. I can never see anything but it’s nice and make me feel valued. To end, I wanted my side fringe put back in. But the hairdresser explain she was concerned it was bounce up too much, so felt it best to leave it. I kinda feel this was an excuse but she did offer for me to come back and get further cut if I wanted. This was nice, however I didn’t really want to make a second trip into town. I see it as a lot of money and not a nice experience. I was also confused about the amount. Was quoted £41 but was asked for £51. Sad experience, as I’ve come to you for a little while. And you even did my wedding hair (which I loved).

I made an appointment with Olivia but when I got there it was a different hairdresser which I was disappointed about because I was not told she was on holiday. So I didn't get my usual cut. I have made another appointment with Olivia and hope to get her thr next time.
