The service and the treatment are great, I just find it a little complicated to book it. It’s a very loud place, and specially having English as a second language, sometimes it’s very hard to understand the conversation on the phone. As a suggestion, I’d love if it was possible to book an appointment by text, via WhatsApp or even email.

I love coming in for my hair cuts with Dillan or my colour with Floria or Holly, and regardless of which one of the amazing team I see I’m welcomed consistently by various team members. I love watching how all the team interact with their clients and look after all their needs. The beautiful smiles on every face as everyone walks out of the salon is testament to the amazing service across the board!

Josh was wonderful and I love my shorter curly cut and styling , gives me the confidence to get used to wearing it down and big!! Only feedback would be if an appointment is at 10am then it should already be open and warm and inviting to start at 10. I almost was worried I had booked the wrong day but all staff arrived within 5-10 mins from 10am. I love this place so this is just honest feedback!

Thank you for being so welcoming while i was in your salon. Everyone was very nice especially Josh. The only reason why i didn't rate the experience very high is because the haircut took a very long time and was not great. I did not see it straight away but after coming home i realised the layers were very uneven, a whole section was not really cut while the section above was really short which gave a very odd shape to my hair. A section in the front was also cut weirdly short. All in all i was aware this could happen as i booked with Joshua who explained he was still training. I'm not very attached to my hair so i honestly don't mind that much , it will regrow in 2 weeks if anything. Joshua was lovely and I am in now way saying his service was bad, i just think he probably needs a lot more training on short hair which i know is much more difficult to cut and I wouldn't say the result was worth the price but I'm sure he will be fantastic in no time. Thank you again !
