I was not very impressed with the service in hair of dreams the hairdresser left me inbeween putting my foils in for a good fifteen minute s to go and attend to another client not a professional start for me will not return

Today I visited to have only a simple refresh.. a toner and face frame. The treatment was fine, would have liked abit more advice on what would look good to improve my hair colour and a few extra along the hair line at the sides but no major complaints. I only had a rough dry but was still changed for a blow dry. My disappointment came from the staff they were so cold, blunt and couldn’t of looked less happy to be there. Not one of them smiled, made chit chat or was friendly. This was my appointment before my wedding and I came out feeling so low and flat. Last time I had my hair done with Jacqui she was so friendly and chatty and kind and it couldn’t have been more opposite.

It was much more expensive than originally booked for. Didn’t get asked what I wanted doing to my hair, but paid for the service. I will come back, just would like some more transparency.

Despite getting my hair cut here regularly, I was charged for a fringe trim. Usually free for regular customers...

My three girls came in for pin curls but by the time they’d walked home (5 min walk) some pin curls had dropped out already. We have just seen pin curls pinned much tighter when we’ve had it done at other salons.
