I have gone to Neverus in Woodstock since he opened the salon and have always had an excellent service for colour and cut. I used to go to Nicky Clarke in London and a salon in Kensington, he is just as good and near Oxford! Neverus is always upbeat and I enjoy our conversation and would call him friend!
