Not happy at all with the service received today. Poor quality. The picture was after I was done. I could have done it better at home. 29£ I was charged for this and on the website is stated 26£. All was done in las than 30 min

AVOID! I had a ‘full set’ of eyelash extensions applied by the owner, Jane. She used an excessive amount of glue and stuck multiple of my natural lashes to each extension so this was nowhere near the full set that I paid for. My eyes actually stuck together when they were being applied and she had to prize them apart. They quickly became itchy and clumped. I called them 4 times to book an appointment to get them removed but nobody answered. I also left a voicemail but never received a call back. Ended up being forced to go to another salon to have them removed. This was a lucky escape! They said they looked like they had been applied by someone unqualified and could see lash lice due to the amount of glue meaning it wasn’t possible to clean them properly. They were so clumped and ended up damaging my natural lashes. It took 1.5 hours to remove when it should take between 10-15 minutes. The owner Jane refused to refund saying I hadn’t contacted them to resolve before going somewhere else. This is a lie which I have phone records to prove. She also told me she had ‘spoken at length with my technician’ about the issues… the technician was her! 😂 See photos for 2 weeks after application- they should last 6-8 weeks according to their website! I could not recommend this place any less. Poorly managed and awful, dishonest service.
