They should hire more staff on weekends. Because the lady that was dealing with me was in so much hurry. Other people were calling her. She just quickly finished with me.

Every time any person who is doing eyebrows talks very loud next to my ear to her coliegue. This is disrespect if customer paying money and has to listen all stories between staff for 10-15 min

I’ve been coming to have my eyebrows done here for 10 years, I have always been extremely loyal to Dazzlin Perfection and have continuously recommended friends and family to go. However upon my usual visit on the 16th of March for a wax and tint on my eyebrow I was left with red cuts on my brows that are still very much red and painful 24 hours later. I didn’t notice them at the time in the shop although they were really stinging, I first noticed when I had a proper look in my car. I am not one to make a fuss or complain but I am now growing concerned about how permanent these marks are going to be. The photo shown is just one of the cuts, as it won’t let me upload another one.
