Very poor customer service Asked for a wax on my upper lip as I cannot bear the pain of thread but the woman said you don’t need wax you hardly have any hair on your upper lip and continued to thread my upper lip while I was in so much pain!

Hi Gemma was amazing who fixed my daughters hair by putting feather look in where as simran just cut the fringe like a block.. I was worried thinking why there is 3 ladies on my daughters haircut simran noor and a lady who was still learning.. Gemma come and fixed my worry. Also there was alot of the staff talking in ursu when there was alot of different people walking in to get their facial done, I found it very rude and unprofessional.. they also lost my daughters hair bobble which was matching to her dress and I found it very unconsiderate.i will book Gemma next time x

Absolutely bad. Came out with 2 completely different brows. I will never ever go there. Over 20 people inside, loud, speaking their own language, I was sitting over 20 min to be served and then spent another 40 min to fix my brow with another 2 people. The women who have done my brows was not bothered to come and wash tint and finish her work. Forget about apologies from her side. But i paid money before my treatment. Absolutely not competent. Disgusting and unprofessional.

Didn’t really like the way I was treated and as one staff was doing my face she stopped quite few times to do something else wasn’t happy with the outcome so asked her to do it again. £24 is absolutely shock for eyebrow threading and full face wax.
