After being let down by my previous hairdresser, I was left with no one to do my hair. I thought I’d try Utopia and I’m glad I did! The service is great. When I booked my first appointment, I had to get a colour patch test. On the way home, my skin reacted to it, so I went back in straight away and they were very helpful and did a patch test for a different colour brand instead. It’s now on my notes not to use the particular brand that I reached too and every time I get my colour done, Donna asks if it feels ok and to let her know if it starts to feel different. Donna does a great job with cutting and colouring my hair. I wasn’t sure what colour I had done with my previous hairdresser, but we worked it out together and it’s a perfect match! I was thrilled after my first appointment because Donna cut my style perfectly. I definitely knew that Utopia was the new hairdressers for me! So, thank you very much!!
