Terrible experience. Will never be back and would never recommend to anybody. Rude from the second I encountered with them. Did the absolute opposite of what I asked. I have never been made to feel so little, do not go there.

I booked my session around the fact that I wanted to use the back massaging chair... as far as I was concerned the pedicure was secondary to the whole experience. However, due to a lighting problem I was only on the chair for 5 minutes whilst my feet were soaking in preparation for the pedicure. The pedicure then was carried out in the treatment room on a bed. I did comment a few times during the session that I had booked this specifically for the chair more than the pedicure - there was no response. I had expected to have a deduction when paying but this did not happen. I know I should have mentioned this, but I felt I had during the session made it quite clear and there was not reaction, so I am voting with my feet.... I shall not be returning.

sometimes staff talk, sometimes they don't. girls that have done my childrens hair have been really good, and my stylist is excellent

The service provided by the stylist was excellent despite her being left alone in the salon to deal with any customers and the phone. I do not appreciate being charged these prices when a stylist is not allowed to show me her full attention. Not the professional image expected

I had my nails painted while also having my hair done. the first paint was two coats and did not dry properly even after 2 hours. I returned to the salon where they had arranged a re-paint at no cost. This was excellent service and I was very pleased and grateful as this was for a special occasion and I wanted everything to be right. The repaint dried properly and looked just about OK but the the accuracy of the painting was poor, missing some edges and not getting a straight line above the cuticle. Overall it was not the top quality outcome I usually receive from you.
