Eliza gave an extremely good massage. She has an amazing technique which is both relaxing and also therapeutic. My tense muscles felt much better after the treatment. She asked if there were any problem areas before the treatment started, and made sure to give a little extra work to those areas. The salon is clean and comfortable, and the heated bed added to the comfort levels. I was so relaxed that I didn't want to leave at the end of the treatment!

Such a shame that all the experienced therapists have all left and that only newly qualified are being recruited. Since COVID it all seems to have gone a bit wrong. The salon is looking tired, not very clean and with practically threadbare towels. Just not the same atmosphere and also prices seem to have even hiked with no notice by about 20% which is not great considering you only have junior therapists. From what I gather more and more people are going up the road to U an where prices are so much cheaper.

I have had waxing and eyelash tint today (Saturday 18th). One eye is slightly darker than the other, and once I’d had a shower you would never have known that I’d had an eyelash tint. I’ve been coming to the salon many years and always saw Emma, but thought I would try the other staff members. I would like someone to call me to discuss re-doing the tint ASAP as I am going on holiday on Tuesday. I have never ever experienced such a rush job since coming to your salon. Many thanks Debra
