excellent service and the head neck and shoulder treatment was excellent - being a therapist myself it was one of the nicest massages for some time. Will be making another appointment with my next trip to Kew. Thank you for fitting me in.

An absolutely wonderful experience as always thanks to the amazing Charlotte. Not only was my facial expertly carried out, Charlotte gave me excellent advice both for myself and my daughter on how best to look after our skin.
