I always had Jane do my hair and never had a problem so I had another lady do. She was lovely as a person but I have never had problem with bleach and had many times but this time it went yellow and so I had to have bleach done again and it was still yellow and then a toner which didn’t work which I’ve had no problems before then that had to be done again too and I’m not happy with the result which I told the young lad Kai. It’s still more yellow my and I can for my terminally ill father all day and all night and have not been out the house in 3 months at all and it was a real treat for me but had to get a sitter in for me as I was desperate to get my hair done as I had bad roots and had lost my style due to how much it had grown but I told the sitter I’d be about hour and half, two hours at very most but due to the problems yourselves were having just to bleach the roots which I’ve had done plenty but this time was an absolute nightmare and took over 3 hours . I was charged 87 pound and still not even got the correct colour . It’s a shame as it was my treat to myself and I don’t work as caring for dad so it’s a lot of money too me and so I’m very upset that I paid that much for the colour not being what I want and having to sit for over 3 hours whilst they tried bleaching twice and toning twice and has now put me off from using yourselves as I feel I shouldn’t even have been charged that much because it went wrong and length of time I had to sit whilst they trying to correct. I do not like to moan but it was a nightmare and upsetting and my father was upset as I was gone so long

Did not have a good experience this time the lady who cut my hair did not listen to what I wanted properly cut my hair at the back much to short came out looking like a man

Confused as to being charged £100 for root touch up and a few foils when previously had a full head cover plus more foils for low lights , not impressed this time with low lights as barely visible , previous time experience no issues came away happy and paid £105 Feel a bit ripped of this time

I asked for a curly blowdry, but the stylist jsut straightened my hair. She was very short and rude during the consultation, and did not communicate what she was doing or listen to what I asked for. It's really disappointing because my family and I have been coming to CCs for years. I was then overcharged at the till and luckily another stylist (Brandon) realised that we were overcharged. Lizzy did not check at the end whether I was happy with the style or give the opportunity for me to feedback so she could curl my hair as requested. I came to get my hair done for prom and this has really ruined my evening.
