Always a pleasure to have my hair done with Laura. Staff are friendly warm and attentive to my needs. Laura listens to what I would like ( and my moans and groans lol 🙈) , offering her professional opinion on my hair as and when appropriate. I always feel lighter and brighter after my 6 weekly visit. My only ( slightly) negative comment is, I note the price had increased by approx 7.5% since my last visit, 4 weeks ago. I think it would have been courteous to have been informed of this increase by the owner prior to my visit, could perhaps inform by the already in use text messaging system. Look forward to my next visit with Laura 👍

Hi there. We're so glad to hear that you are happy with your treatment and you enjoy coming to the salon, it really does mean so much to us! With regards to the prices, they've increased by around 3% and there were signs up in the salon and on our social media at the end of March so at least 4 weeks before the increase (1st May) but the idea of adding it onto the existing text messages is a really good point and we will definitely consider that going forward! We apologise for not doing that at the time. As the prices have increased by 3% and not 7.5% please do contact the salon so we can check what it is you were charged for as it sounds like there was a big discrepancy compared to what you should have paid. Thank you for your feedback, we will definitely take it on board and we look forward to seeing you for your next appointment!

I’m visiting my family in Long Eaton, I come from Kent. While I was here I thought I would treat myself and have my hair done, my sister recommended Ronald Masters. My whole experience there was lovely, felt very welcomed, was offered a drink. Rebecca, who did my hair was very professional asking me about my hair, the end result was very pleasing, I will definitely go there again the next time I am in Long Eaton.
