Really nice atmosphere and the service is great but my Blowdry was 8 pounds more than what I paid the first time without any explanation and my hair was already washed. It made my visit quite expensive.

Hey! Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately we don't charge less if clients come in with their hair already washed. I'm not sure why your price was different, if you had mentioned when paying we could've looked into it for you. Sorry about that :)

Hi, I am sorry to have to leave such a negative review but i want to ensure that the feedback can be taken onboard. After living locally for a number of years and coming to your salon, I have always been impressed with the service. For my most recent appointment, due to my usual stylist being on maternity leave I was redirected to another stylist. I arrived at the salon to receive a cut and blow- I was there for 30 minutes in total, I only had the ends cut which is fine- this is what I asked for. However, the stylist I had made me feel very uncomfortable regarding my hair. I have naturally curly, thick hair and was told “it was a work out to get through that” amongst other comments which made me feel very embarrassed, he didn’t seem to know how to style it which I would have preferred he let me know before commencing the appointment. Following the appointment, I had to go home and restyle my hair as I wasn’t satisfied, which I did not raise at the time due to the comments made. Although I enjoy the ambience of the salon, I wouldn’t choose to return as don’t believe I received value for the service that was provided to me.

I don't have the easiest head of hair to manage and I always leave the salon feeling like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders ... literally. The staff are always courteous and attentive. I have never had to wait to be seen. At Christmas they served mulled wine, coffee and mince pies and I felt really relaxed and spoilt!
