Best haircut and highlights by far that I have had in the Monmouth/Newport area. Worth the money and you are getting excellent advice and professional treatment. Definitely wouldn't go back to mobile or trying to do it on the cheap. The new salon is really chic and a good day out.

Overall, an amazing experience! Staff were extremely friendly and i left the salon absolutely delighted with my new hair 😀 Only non positive thing i have to say, is that there were a few things done that i was not aware would be more in cost and that i wasnt informed of the extra cost before they were done. I and my daughter went in for a cut and finish. Cost should have been £60 as advised for each. We infact paid a total of £150 I was advised they needed to use a treatment as my hair is in poor condition (i totally agree about the poor condition) And my hair was finished by hairdryer difuser. Both these were extras i was not aware of! My daughter's hair was wavy using a wand..again we were charged for this, we were not advised this would be extra! I was advised by the receptionist when booking that the finish in the price,was whatever finish we wanted! Disappointed with this issue, but for the overall experience we were glad we went.

Good Morning, we wanted to advise that the cost of your Cut & Finish was £60 each along with all finishing services being included within the cost, there was no further cost for the diffuser finishing service. The additional cost you paid included 2 treatments, one for each of you of which you received a master ceremony treatment at £15 and a Kerastase ritual treatment at £13.50 thus making your total bill £148.50. The price of a Cut & Finish does not include any in salon treatments to improve the condition of your hair, your stylist would have advised prior to applying the treatment. We apologise if you feel there has been any miscommunication but whilst in the salon you had 4 services between you both.

I have been attending the salon for just over a year. Nathan is the hairdresser who I always book to see. All of the staff are always professional and include a welcoming light hearted feel to the salon. I have always seen various age groups from children to the elderly. This salon appears to fit everyone's needs! I have yet on leave without a smile on my face!
