Booked for a blow dry and came out looking very glamorous for my night out. Lots of advice about my hair too and what treatments and products I would benefit from but not in a way where I felt pushed into purchasing anything. Ashley was really lovely and knew her stuff and the other staff were really friendly too . I will definitely be booking in again when I visit Celtic manor

I booked an appointment with Rhys as I had been disappointed with my previous experience at another salon. I had researched online and the reviews for this salon were excellent and I was impressed with their website and philosophy. From the moment you enter the salon you are treated like a VIP - it is friendly but professional. Rhys takes time to listen to you and find out exactly what you are looking for. He understands hair and manages your expectations with what is possible. I would recommend this salon to anyone who is nervous about changing salons or are just looking for a new experience. I have booked in again in six weeks for colour and cut and this time I'm not nervous at all.

Had my wedding hair trial and the team were lovely, customer focused and attentive. Provided me with options and sorted out times etc for the big day so everything goes smoothly. Only problem I had was which style I want to pick as they were both lovely.
