Always find all staff in salon to be friendly and kind from the minute you walk in the door to leaving. Been using Knaresborough for 7 years now. Always made to feel special, cuts and colour always amazing. Cant recommend highly enough.

It appears that I have been visiting this salon for 14 years. All the staff are lovely and I walk out feeling relaxed and with beautiful hair. The expertise and advise is always spot on and I can’t recommend them highly enough. It is strange to say, but your hair has quite an effect on your life and the way you feel, and I am happy that this is one area of my life that is completely sorted. Why else would I still be coming here after so much time?

Another successful and enjoyable visit to the salon today. There was a busy but friendly atmosphere. I'm always greeted warmly, offered a drink and somewhere to relax, my coat hung up for me. The staff were their usual personable but professional selves, interested in what's happening in my life whilst remaining completely on task, whether it's washing my hair or cutting and styling it. 'Having a hair-cut' should be more than just that and this salon delivers every time.
