I booked an appointment for Balayage and ended with my hair looking like badly grown out highlights, the colour was blended through correctly and it was very blocky looking. I have since been to another salon to get it corrected.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. There is no price list at Battisti displayed at the Cookstown salon. And I can see why as the prices are extortionate. They are prices you would pay at a London salon and Cookstown is a small provincial town. The cost of a blow dry, short hair and not with a senior stylist is £20.00 and together with a cut and colour added on is way much too high. Reduce your prices and I will be back, otherwise I won't. Hopefully you will take this on board and I am looking forward to seeing your reduced prices published in our local newspapers.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming and provided great professional advise to help me choose my hair style and colour, I am very happy with the result and would highly recommend Battisti Hairdressing
