Unfortunately the therapist forgot the top coat of my gel manicure so the finish wasn’t quite how’d have liked. I should have gone back but didn’t have time. I’m sure it was not intentional. Treatment was great otherwise.

I was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. Unfortunately, the customer service did not reflect in the quality of service. I was dissatisfied with the results. I booked my appointment over the phone and made sure to ask whether or not the wax included the bum area, in response the receptionist told me it does. At the actual appointment the beautician did not do the inner bum area. The lips of the vaginal area, especially the inner area still has a lot of noticeable hairs on which I have had to shave off. The bum area has been left undone, which has left me no choice but to shave. The bikini line is also full on the left side and the appointment itself was incredibly quick lasting 15-17mins. I did not complain as I will be getting my usual beautician to go over the area and will not be revisiting a second time.
