I always put off going to the hairdressers as I usually find it a drag. I have to say Partners is the first place I've been to in a long time that I'd definitely be going back to. The service was quick (not rushed), top quality. Super impressed with my cut, colour and re-style. Jess offered a range of different ways to style my hair, teas coffees, hand massages! She showed me how I can finally use my GHD curling wand properly too. Nothing was a bother for her, lovely person / lovely staff / environment. My hair was pretty damaged after having the colour stripped so was able to discuss the appropriate length of time to wait before getting some highlights. I do have a few greys coming in and it was helpfully suggested that this would minimise their appearance. Overall it's just good to go to a salon that offers a personal service, goes above and beyond and gives you the haircut you're after :) (I never normally write reviews, I was just real impressed with this place). I have already recommended the salon to my mother and my friend as we have usually visited places in Newcastle that are basically double the price and in my opinion, the service isn't as good. Two thumbs up! Cheers.
