Such a friendly salon. Jess was fab with my 4 year old’s first hair cut, totally put her at ease and we were in and out in no time. Just what you want with a child. Nothing is a bother here. Jess listens carefully and has a can-do attitude but she is honest and realistic with it. She worked with me today to practice hair styles for me to do myself for my wedding. I’m new to the salon but I knew I could trust her to teach me something sensible with high impact and she delivered today. All the other staff in the salon today engaged with me and took an interest in what we were doing. As a team, they worked together to make me feel very welcome. Thank you for two lovely experiences.
