The booking process was super. And I also rated the pre payment. I booked for a long hair cut. I needed a significant amount off . When I arrived I was not offered any advice as to what style or cut and I was just looking for a big trim. The stylist was pleasant . The cut and treatment was good and I was given some additional products. I was however shocked to be charged double my pre payment for a re style. I did not in my opinion get a re style but a sever cut from long to tidy Bob. I may have misunderstood this and if so I apologise/ but over £50 seems excessive. I may well be out of touch. I was interested in having colour in the future - had a skin test but some offers of actual colours could have been tempting.
