The staff were all very friendly, helpful and considerate. I was offered tea or coffee when I arrived and during my appointment and nothing was too much trouble. My hairdresser listened to what I wanted and I was very pleased with the finished result. I would, and do, recommend Saks to my friends. Thank you Saks, Royston
