I would be nice to have a more transparent pricing system. I seem to pay a different amount every visit and never have a receipt, so it's hard to know which treatments etc are worth it and which might not be. The system is very much based on trust and whilst I don't think for one minute I am being charged improperly, its unusual not to know how the bill breaks down. Maybe itemised receipts could be provided? Thanks

I have received good recommendations about the colours (all-over and highlights) and been consulted about the type of cut I would like. I have found it a little expensive- comparable with outer-london prices that I used to pay, but as long as I am satisfied with the result I can afford to pay that occasionally on a pension.

Lovely friendly staff, usually prompt and on time to start appointments. Salon is warm and welcoming, I love seeing the dog there, he is so well behaved! It is quite expensive but I am aware that the prices are similar in comparison to elsewhere in the area. Usually happy with the way my hair looks and if there are any rare problems, I know it will be sorted. I like the recent offers like being able to buy a £100 gift card for £80, that helps a lot. I can always get appointments when I want them, very happy overall.

Sometimes it feels that I wait too long between steps in the process And please can I have a clean dry towel after a hair wash - wet dripping hair in my neck is yuck
