This was obviously a different salon experience to normal due to the COVID restrictions. However, I felt totally at ease as health and safety measures were adhered to and carried out professionally.

Really lovely to have my haircut by Katie today, honestly the friendliest stylist I’ve ever had and also her advice was really good too. I felt the most at ease in a hair salon that I’ve ever felt. If I’m being really picky, it would have been nice to have been offered a drink by someone in the salon - as I heard other people being offered them, but this is only a very minor point! Thank you for a lovely experience.
