Customer service, as always, absolutely impeccable. Not only was Ellie lovely but very professional through the advice she gave me on the haircut that would suit my and my hair type as well as her overall approach throughout my visit. This is the salon I came to 3 years ago to get my first- time- ever colour done and I would not go elsewhere. The gorgeous Aveda products round up the feeling of satisfaction you leave the salon with. Thank you!

My experience of the salon is always dependable very good. I'm welcomed by the reception and often very swiftly taken to the chair I will be occupying where my hairdresser, Debbie, greets and asks/listens to what I would like done with my hair. Always the different people washing my hair are careful with the temperature of the water, asking me if it's an OK temperature and it's a pleasure to have an hair/head massage. I always come away from the salon very pleased with my haircut. I have recommended the salon to a friend and she now faithfully goes!

My first visit but not my last. I'm rebooking. The ambiance, the service, the friendliness of the staff and the whole experience were all excellent and relaxing But most praise has to go to Jackie who coloured and restyled my curly mop to perfection. She's a great cutter and stylist and so easy to talk to.
