Really enjoyed my facial. Very relaxing. Salon is really friendly. Definitely return. Just felt the environment was abit dated. But that does not detract from the experience.

I received a treatment, I was about to start my second treatment and a staff member come in very abrupt asking me about my third treatment which was a manicure. She seemed more interested in trying to get me to cancel my appointment and rebook it rather then actually doing it, so my third treatment didnt go ahead, I felt like they was trying to rush me out for another appointment, considering i had these treatments booked around 1 month in advance. Also my second treatment was a pedicure, with no foot soaking, no scrubbing and no cuticle work. Just gel polish. The woman who done it though was very nice and chatty. Also I got offord a cup of coffee, I accepted it and never recieved it.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. The booking was booked as requested but due to new staff unsure it was important to establish and confirm your services. We would never cancel a service as a business unless we had no stock or sickness. Every salon does services slightly different sally nail technician confirmed if you were have pedicure or gel which she carried out. Had you wanted both pedicure with gel finish we would have accommodated. Also it came to my attention the comments you had made about staff members were very rude and offence. At Vspahairandbeauty all our staff are professional and take pride in their work and aim to keep clients however we will not accept or keep clients who are rude and offensive.

Charged twice for the same service - unhelpful when I attended to try a obtain refund, asked to obtain from online third party booking service rather than them, despite physically being in the salon. Double charging should not have occurred in the first place, as when they checked when I asked for a refund they were aware that I had already paid.

Staff was lovely and treated us very well. However, the environment was not clean. The floors and walls were very dirty, old wax was left in the room (assuming it would be reused which is highly unhygienic) and was generally messy. A lot of the equipment looked worn. The pedicure did not include a soak, which is generally included so is not worth the money.
