I would thoroughly recommend VSpa, in particular the therapist Charlotte who provided a very professional service. Attention to detail and the attention she paid to her client is by far the best service I have received. Charlotte made sure that the Client was happy at all times.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming.Although I had not made an appointment they were able to fit me in for a cut.As a new customer I was very impressed and on this service will be using them again.

Charged twice for the same service - unhelpful when I attended to try a obtain refund, asked to obtain from online third party booking service rather than them, despite physically being in the salon. Double charging should not have occurred in the first place, as when they checked when I asked for a refund they were aware that I had already paid.
