The price quoted for 2 services on the phone was not what I was charged when leaving. The staff were very nice about it and did make some adjustments as I had been booked with a more expensive stylist. It's hard when you have fine hair that is thinning and it takes 10 minutes to cut (in fact it was less!) and you are charged the same as someone who has very thick unruly hair. Maybe with clients that are loyal, this could something to consider. I go to the salon as the team are nice and the environment is good but at £300 for a half a head of highlights and a quick cut and blow-dry it's getting beyond my budget as a pensioner!
