After 30 years with the same hairdresser in Wales I was worried about finding a hair stylist I could trust when I moved to London. I needn’t have worried! I have felt comfortable and looked after from my very first visit to Edward James. I have had great haircuts and colour from both Vicky and Ed. Both are very easy to talk to and go out of their way to make the time there a good experience. The staff on reception are also very friendly and accommodating and I leave the salon feeling uplifted every time! Thank you Edward James!

I was made to feel welcome and Dejan took the time to listen to what I would like and helpfully suggested ways to style my hair type and the products that would be best to try. What a wonderful salon Edward James is! I visited for the first time last week and I had the most amazing experience. Everybody made me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped in the door. I loved the head massage at the beginning, I throughly enjoyed the glass of Prosecco that I was given when I arrived and the hair products and hair wash I received was fantastic. . However, it was my hairdresser, Dejan, that made it extra special. He was so knowledgeable and understanding of what I wanted and then went on to cut my hair with precision. Once my hair was cut, he styled my hair beautifully! The style lasted until my next hair wash and I had so many compliments. Thank you so much! I already have my next hair appointment booked for early August and I can’t wait! Thank you for also taking the time to allow me to have my haircut at such short notice, but you truly did make my birthday so much more special. Thank you.
