Good service, prices should be discussed once treatment has been agreeded so I am aware of what I am paying for.

Hair was lush and I am very happy with end result. But the hairdresser didn't speak with me or check in with me at all. I wasn't offered a drink or ever asked if I needed anything. I cannot believe it was £140 for a cut and colour - I have never been charged that much in my life. For that price I would have been expected to have been treated with a little more care. But again, the hair was lush and I am super happy with it and that's the main thing.

Chopped my hair more than I asked for - like they were mowing the lawn. Very disappointed

Had a morning appointment,cancelled it via the email sent to me. Obviously didn’t work, which was not my fault. Arrived for an afternoon appointment and guys was clearly pissed off told me they should be charging 50% of cancelled appointment.

Salon needs dusting and cleaning Upholstery on chairs broken, cracked and taped together! Hair doesn’t look professionally done

I revisited the salon having had good experiences previous times. This time I went specifically for highlights, natural and slightly lighter in tone. I left the salon with somehow a more uniform colour, darker look than when I went in, completely not what I asked for. Whereas the other customers had colour consultations and colour charts, I got a 60 second chat before colour was being mixed. The colour was obviously left on for too long, and no one checked to see how it was developing as busy with another customer. And so the upshot was highlights which necessitated the use of a toner to moderate the bleach blonde effect. I didn't complain during payment because it was embarrassing to complain to the same person who did my hair. But I really feel like I have wasted my time and money to get a worse outcome than when I stepped through your door.
