Love the express gel manicure at Jarrolds, and all of the estheticians are lovely and know their stuff. Only comment would be to ensure they ask you how you like your nails shaped, as mine didn't and they were shaped differently to how I prefer them. But still a good experience!

I would have been happier if I had not found my pedicure had not been booked. I rang for the appointment, spoke to someone and discussed whether to have hands or feet done first, agreed hands first but when I arrived I had two bookings for 0930 and none for 1030 so couldn't have my toes done. Very disappointed. Off on holiday this afternoon.

I had a bridal beauty make over with Paris and absolutely loved it. He knew all the products inside out and after a small discussion of the look that I wanted on my wedding day he was able to recreate an amazing look. He had already got a few products out ready but quickly changed some of them after our discussion as to what I wanted to ensure that my look was truly tailor made. He made me feel very special and beautiful once he had finished. His tutorial throughout was great and answered all the questions I had. He is a true asset to your team and would highly recumbent anyone to go and have a little make over pamper with him.
