I always have my eyebrows threaded here. They are all really great and skilled, and I love the shape they give my brows. Today was especially a lovely experience, the lady that did my brows was so easy to talk to and had a great personality and warmth. So glad Ive found a place I trust and know will always do a great job.

The only reason I rated the Retreat down for the overall environment is that I am walking disabled and found the steep stairs down to the nail bar very difficult. Fortunately I had my carer with me who made sure I didn’t fall. I know you have another area on the ground floor but this was out of action. I’m sure something could be done with the stairs to make them more accessible for the disabled.
