I have been extremely impressed with the way Lino personally took time to communicate with the clients during the lockdown period, letting us know wwhat wes happening and arranging appointments. I felt perfectly safe visiting the salon. Clients were socially distanced and all the staff were wearing masks and visors. On arrival I was asked to use hand sanitiser and had a temperature check. All the equipment used was cleaned and steilised after each use. Louise, my hairdresser, was as always effecient and professional and I left the salon feeling fabulous.

Excellent as always - and everything well planned. My hairdresser was as distanced as possible, wearing a visor, and all the items - apron and neck protection - were disposable. No juniors yet - so my stylist did everything, including applying root cover, shampooing me and then cutting and styling as usual. Cost higher than usual but I expected this as Lino will have had to invest in all the PPE for staff. Masks were available for clients but I had brought my own. I feel human again following cut and colour! Jenny Austen

A professional, friendly salon using Aveda products which are superb. My colour and cut were excellent.
